WARNING!! DON’T EVER LET AMY DO YOUR HAIRS. She is a horrible hair stylish which I think she is fired multiple times. My daughter’s hairs was ruined by Amy. She texted Amy and described that her hairs is a bit weak so Amy needs to be gentle and professional. But no, she charged my daughter $500 DOLLARS FOR A HORRIBLE HAIRS. (I will not put a 1 star review because it was not the salon fault. But if you’re really read this review, i think you gotta do something before she ruins somebody else hairs.)

First of all I made an appointment and they didn't put it in the computer, so even though I had a card with date and time it didn't matter. Second I told her I wanted Bang she said no she liked curtain bangs better and that's what she did. Third she cut off way more hair than what I want. And lastly the haircut is so bad it's uneven it's choppy they got strands that are longer than the rest of the of the hair.She spent maybe 10ins tops on it. I'm telling everyone to avoid there and I absolutely hate the haircut

I was running late so I rescheduled. They gladly changed my appointment, so when I was waiting well over 1/2 hour I didn’t complain. What I am complaining about is the fact that my stylist, who by the way was super super sweet as a person, understood the cut/style I wanted, but didn’t deliver. Not long after she started my haircut, some people she knew came in and she walked away without saying anything and was chatting away like she didn’t have a client in the chair. She also was cutting my hair like she was afraid to touch it. A few times I seen the scissors moving with no hair falling. Then when she went to show me the results, I was confused on what she even did as there was barely any change. When she went to show me the back she said, “I don’t have a lot of time, but I guess I could throw in some curls to show you”. If I was given the correct hairstyle, I would’ve been able to see layers without curling my hair. The length was still there and in the picture of what I wanted, it was to be shorter, if I wanted my hair curled, I would’ve just stayed home and saved myself $35. I’m so disappointed. Whether she was running behind or not, my time was being paid for so I feel my hair should’ve been done correctly and not rushed. Again, great person, horrible at cutting hair. The curls were super cute and I did tell her I liked it (the curls).

Had a great experience! Called the morning I wanted to get in, got an appointment, and Ashley did a fantastic job, especially considering what she had to work with. They are, however, cheap for a reason- blow drying is not included in a basic cut and shampoo, you have to upgrade to a “basic style” for that, which comes with an extra $10 charge for hair longer than the shoulders. That being said, if you’re looking for a cheap, quality cut, you’ve found the place.
