It was decent going while I lasted; I am, however, no longer in the state and havent gone since 2018. Can I cancel my membership? No I cannot because I have to either fly 3000 Miles to be in person or write a letter. Thanks for taking $30 out of my account and making me negative since 2018! I went here for years back in college. Was a great time, although I wish they had a free weight squat rack available. If you have no other option, this is a decent gym. This place is great for beginners and casuals.

Walked in looking for another business in the same business, and the lady at the front was so rude and short and told us without even looking up from her phone said, if you’re not a member you can’t be in here. After that experience I will be sure to stay far away from this brand of gym just because of the lack of customer service.

Apparently planet fitness doesn't care about handicapped peoples privacy in the shower. 3 times I have complained that the shower curtains in the handicapped stall are almost 2 feet too narrow. I have been told they are not available from corporate. A good store manager would go buy a curtain locally, I guess this hasn't occurred to them. So....if you want a shower in the handicapped stall be prepared to be in every person's view, cold from the draft. This needs fixing soonest.
