I understand the maneger is racist, as one worker expelled because she was Hispanic and I believe it is true, in ovations I have felt mistreated by her and I think they have incompetent workers, they ramble people a lot, they are demanding with their income money, but they do not with the work that they must provide to people who live in their residence and do not provide a good treatment, it is not a favorable environment
Yes they did the sad part about it is I pay $652.00 plus garbage water sewage pest control which is always close to $50.00. Please understand this I live along, I dont flush the toilet 10 times a nor do I use a lot of water. I bathe my butt daily and I dont wash dishes because it's easier to get food that last 2 days. I have asked several staff and about the high fees and all three of them gave me a different answers. Plus the water stay off then on. Where is the discount for the tenants. Dont hold your breath. And yes I'm moving I gave them a 120 day notice. I wish you guys the very best.
