I had an appointment. Arrived a few minutes early and was seen right away, no delays. There is construction going on in the building so it is a little messy when you enter but otherwise no problems.

Since March 30 I have requested, paid and fingerprinted my port entry card. More than four months and when I go to ask on several occasions the treatment is lousy. It is inconceivable that you pay for a service, they tell you that the result is in 15 days and, in addition to not being the case, they treat you badly. Who is responsible for this? I wonder. You need to enroll each time now. No more "renewals". I showed up early, they were slow and I was out quick!

No, the one in Jacksonville has closed, if you try and make an appointment there the system wouldn't bring up that address.
