Poor customer service now I thought this was a good company seeing how I bought a car from them and traded it back in with the same company and the have absolutely no care to make sure they are providing u with good customer service they never call back and the owner is just rude worst car lot in jax to buy from I haven’t had the trade in car for even a year and it’s not being in the shop for major repairs they only fix the car enough to drive

I went from the worst experience at a dealership (Motomall, see my review there) to the BEST EXPERIENCE!!! Amy was incredible! She listened to what I had just been through, and had me in a car on my way home in less than an hour! They took a loss to sell me that car!! Great People! Great Prices! We have set up for you to sit at our window so you are not in a closed office each clip board and pen are wiped down after every use an there is hand sanitizer available if you need it.
They are good with working with you on late payments. Just call and let them know. Communication is key.
