I had an issue with my card not letting me in. I went to the office and Ms. Dawn was very gracious it didn’t take her but two minutes and she was able to activate my card with no problem she’s always very professional and polite. Anytime I have had any maintenance or questions the team has that been very proactive. Thank you so much

Super rude and unprofessional. My mother is in a wheelchair and started her application online . She did not complete the application although she paid the application fees, etc. I called and informed Peyton Ridge that my mother's application online was incomplete and asked if she could come into office to complete in person. The woman who answered the phone said she was the only person working and complained about all the things that she was responsible for doing. She basically said that my mother could come in but she would not be able to assist her in completing the application. I told her that I would be there with her so that was not required. I was given a date/time and when we arrived, the same lady had no clue what were were talking about and denied that she was the person I spoke to. She was ignorant and rude. They can keep whatever fees my mom paid--- she is not interested in being around ignorant, rude people who lie right in your face. Thanks for the reply however, I have ZERO interest in having a dialogue with a liar. Traveling with someone in a wheelchair is challenging and you sat right our face and lied when we arrived for the appointment that you scheduled.
