This place is a joke the city needs to come out here and check everything from central air and heat which does not work to the mold infested ceilings. Getting a work order done is like waiting for Christ Almighty not gone happen.

I lived here for the 13months they don't fix ANYTHING I never seen pest control not even once. New management is no different from old management. They sell you lies and false promises so they can swindle you out of your rent money. RUN FAR AWAY.

They still owe me money from a previous transfer i did. They dont fix anything, more worried about getting people in than taking care of their tenants who's already there. I wasnt happy at all.....

We had a MURDER this morning and we have ARMED SECURITY on the premises. This place is a joke a big one

I called the office to tell them my waters cold they said they would send emergency maintenance but that was a lie. Guess I'll find somewhere to go tonight since I won't have hot water any time soon. If you can avoid living here do so at all cost.

Does does anyone think that if you pay over $700 or more a month that it is inexcusable for both washroom facilities to be out of order at the same time? And I really don't think management or maintenance or whoever's in charge really cares

well they had one in May and only had to pay 500 to move you try today if they have a special for the up coming month
