Does does anyone think that if you pay over $700 or more a month that it is inexcusable for both washroom facilities to be out of order at the same time? And I really don't think management or maintenance or whoever's in charge really cares

I totally agree with you Cara Flanagan. I just moved here beginning Dec 2021 and both the laundry facilities were out of order. I'm paying 1150 00 a month for a 1 bedroom apt. You would think they would make sure paying tenants would have a sufficient place to clean their clothes, knowing there aren't many Apts with washer and dryer hookups...To add to that, I've been having an insect problem with seeing roaches crawling around the Apt and the hot water pressure is extremely low when turning the hot side on in the kitchen sink!!! This is just crazy and so sad!!! 😔 Im totally disappointed and upset 😡 and I just got here!!! 😥😩
