This place is absolute trash. If you can afford to stay somewhere else, you should. I’d recommend staying with family or friends or hell, even in your car before I recommended this place. I get an eviction notice every month although I pay my rent on time. When I try to speak with someone in the office about it, they have no idea what I’m talking about and direct me to call the lady in charge of these things and she NEVER answers. The maintenance team is trash. They put this cheap latex paint over my tub and it peels when I shower. There’s trash all over the place outside and the grass might get cut once a month. It looks like a war zone here at times. It’s overrun with street cats and raccoons. They say they have security, but I’ve witnessed domestic violence and even a car being set on fire all while living out here. They’ll show you this really nice model apartment and when you move in it’s nothing like it. Do yourself a favor and don’t do it

My son had his car stolen from the parking lot of this complex, on Monday September 12, he has gone to the administration to find out if someone towed it, but they do not help with information, they should have cameras and collaborate with the tenants. Who can collaborate in this administration?

Update 9/10/22 two robberies within a month! They have a gate they refuse to fix, they walked up on a guy with a gun took his wallet today, this apartment needs to get security and make changes! I'll be contacting the news!! Boyfriend lives here, apartment flooded, weeks later still waiting on new floor, complete lack of communication. He Doesnt get called back as promised..He had to purchase a humidifier as well as baking soda because first two days they did nothing but put fans!! Have to walk into office and hope you catch the manager to even get the run around. The best part is he got a eviction paper taped to front door about $150 for a month to month charge, when he resigned lease in proper time!! He took it to office and was told it was error etc... How does that happen..? The best part Is My boyfriend has a neckbrace and back brace and limited mobility in one arm because of terrible accident, and they were never worried about the moisture, slips or falls. RUN FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!! I could keep going on how much he had to harass them when his ac broke and was down forever, Multiple other issues! The fan in bathroom has been broken since year one, literally falling out of the ceiling, I'll update this post with pics.... just RUN.
