We have paid reservations for Sept.15 to the 22. What will happen if Irma hits orlando and we cannot proceed to check in. Will we get a refund .what is the policy regarding major forcecancellations

I agree with Ruth, call the resort i am sure they would refund you the stay due to it being a hurricane

I would phone them directly, and check your travel insurance. Sometimes insurance won't cover 'acts of god'
