Yes it's a very nice piece of the resort. They ask for a lot of money up front & almost $1k a month. If you have 90min to 180min of your time to sit there & listen. Go for it. They approached me while I was on vacation with my family. That will never happen again.

Yes it's time share properties. You don't have to be an owner to stay. Only about 7 mins from Disney. They will try an get You to buy in. Great amenities on properties also.

Yes Westgate is a time share. Having said that, you don't have to be an owner to reserve a room. They are happy to have vacationers that are not familiar with them. Go to the time share presentations, and enjoy the free bee gifts.
