Why don't you just go into the office it's not hard if you really need it then you should do everything you can to get it such as go inside instead of sitting at home just calling. They are busy so you should make it easier for yourself. You gotta help them help you.
If you have submitted an application, a staff member will reach out once your application is reached. Currently staff are unable to reach out prior to assessing your application due to the massive influx of applications.
Its hard to get ahold of them! We submitted our application and haven't heard from them! You have to call them on Thursdays @ 2:00pm! To talk to someone in Person!
