I need help today. I have been homeless since Sunday and sleeping in my car while trying to work. I work in mesa and Phoenix for a mobile phlebotomy company and can't sleep in my car anymore. I was diagnosed with covid back in Feb lost wages and then moved to a monthly hotel and couldn't offord the weekly payment. Tried to get rental assistance through wildfire but could not complete app because someone already used the address. I'm about to give up I can't work and be homeless at the same time.....I don't know what to do.
For utility assistance alone: after you complete the application you will need latest utility bill, zero income or reduced work personal statement and explaination, fill out a utility information release authorization form for them to communicate with srp on your behalf and I think that should be it "
