In the midst of all my chaos, I could not have been happier to come into this office. The ladies were attentive, caring, compassionate. The assistance I was given was effective, thorough, and helpful. From sending forms over via email to have them printed off for me pertaining to the assistance programs provided. I left the office feeling hopeful, almost a weight off my shoulders. As a single mom with 2 kids, and no father to call, as he passed away, I was definitely given some breathing room. I appreciate the persons working in the office and appreciate their kindness in my time of disparity.

If I could give them no stars I would. I have been looking for assistance since August it's not two months past due for rent and sadly I have tried every recourse they provide and even called starting at 150 pm to ensure I would be in line to talk to someone however I got to a live person and she just said the line didn't open tell two and hung up at like 1:55 I called back and it was already saying no one. Available to answer plz call back. I called 150 times that day and never reached another person yesterday I went to office because I don't got phone because I couldn't pay it and I was directed to the lobby phone and when I called I didn't here their office phones ring at all and the two people in front where not even on phones for the phone line to be busy.. I even emailed them seeing if I can get help that way and no reply to my email for those of you that donate to this organization I wouldn't give them any money cause they don't even use it to help people and it's people like me that have kids that end up losing their home. Because people never help

I need help today. I have been homeless since Sunday and sleeping in my car while trying to work. I work in mesa and Phoenix for a mobile phlebotomy company and can't sleep in my car anymore. I was diagnosed with covid back in Feb lost wages and then moved to a monthly hotel and couldn't offord the weekly payment. Tried to get rental assistance through wildfire but could not complete app because someone already used the address. I'm about to give up I can't work and be homeless at the same time.....I don't know what to do.

Yes. The location I went to for a food box and I applied for rental and utility assistance took within ten days to hear back re utilities. I got food box same day and I'm waiting to hear back on rental but it's a organized process and they're very helpful. Keep in mind you need to have your documentation as well.

Why don't you just go into the office it's not hard if you really need it then you should do everything you can to get it such as go inside instead of sitting at home just calling. They are busy so you should make it easier for yourself. You gotta help them help you.
