Was told by geeksquad employee last week they could replace the casing of a phone. Had to order the parts, made an appointment 1 week later to repair the device. Here now and same squad tells us the entire device needs replaced. What a waste of time! Could have had this done last week. Now waiting 45 mins past appointment time for NO ONE to help. Retrain the employees at the front desk. Could have gone to Apple for more knowledgeable assistance. We pay for geeksquad and I'm not going to be utilizing your services ever again.

Called multiple times over passed several weeks. Impossible to get anyone on the phone. Once I did, gentleman was nice and helpful, or so I thought until the wrong part was delivered. I told him the front panel of my oven was falling off He sent me a whirlpool sticker. So then I call again, spoke to a man who could barely understand English. Didn't understand what I was saying, then hung up on me. I call again, a women answers, same thing. Could barely understand or speak English. So even though I have a warranty, I paid cash to get it fixed. Literally pointless to waiste my breath any longer. Real Shame

They do not fix PlayStations. They would only replace it if you purchased the geek squad tech support with Trend Micro.
