If you are asking about the building that had the asphalt parking lot next to it the answer is NO. Those are no longer used but, If you're asking if CASS now allows the homeless to sleep outside on the actual campus grounds. The answer is yes. With the large population of homeless it seems likely that CASS, at least, will continue to provide 'overflow' areas. Even if they would rather not.
