They only have family shelter at u mom but they have plenty of domestic violence shelters if you have been subject to that. I also hear that Watkins is reopening soon and they take family's. If you Google AZ. homeless shelters you will be able to find out more. Also phoenix is giving out housing vouchers right now. Get it while you can, they won't last forever.
