Not as such. They accept on a first-come-first-served basis. While they serve both men and women, it is important to keep in mind that beds become available at different times for each as men and women sleep in separate areas.

Yes they accept couples, but as previously stated, while they may try to place you both simultaneously, one may be offered a bed before the other. However, it's usually within a day or two the other would also be offered a bed.
