Mon thru fri 8 to 11 and 1 to 3.. There r exceptions but check with them on that..valid exceptions.
What time do they give out mail?
I'm sorry but I am not sure because I don't use those services. Just go to eat at St. Vincent De Paul once in a while when I run out of Food Stamps!
