Nothing its a buisness get access and your in for 30 days
I'm pretty sure if you're a parent you can get your children admitted anytime but not 100% sure you should double check. For all others, it is based on a mental health evaluation petition stating that the person is a danger for self and/or others, and/or unable to care for themselves due to mental illness. Then they will review your petition, if per petition they deem the person to be a danger they will order involuntary evaluation. If the evaluation confirms the danger they will probably be transferred there awaiting forced treatment if they're unable to comply. The danger has to be pretty gross. In my case my loved one was able to hide her illness and was released the first time. It really was the second time where she would attack the medical staff for grossly psychotic motives that she ended up there. If you're doing this for yourself you can just walk in and ask to be admitted. This is the most convenient admission has you can be released when you want but also the most rare.
