We are a primary care doctor’s office for adults on Medicare. We offer in person, video and telephone visits for patients. Our patients have access to a Behavioral Health Specialist on-site. Our patients are also able to access an One Medical Seniors provider 24/7 by phone for urgent needs after business hours or on the weekends. We also have on-site laboratories and we provide exercise and health and wellness group classes.

Hello Linda, we accept patients with Original Medicare with active Parts A and B, with or without most supplement/Medigap plans, as well as certain Medicare Advantage plans from Aetna, Alignment Healthcare, Cigna, Devoted Health, Humana and Wellcare. While we are not affiliated with any hospital, we can work with any hospital that is within your network and we can coordinate with your loved ones to help ensure you are getting the care you need.

We are open and welcoming new patients, and remain on call for our patients 24/7. While COVID-19 remains a threat, especially for older adults, we are encouraging video visits as the best first option for most care. For patients in need of in-person care, we are taking measures to safeguard the health of our patients and care teams in our practices. This includes cleaning the exam room after every appointment, wearing personal protective equipment, as well as requiring patients to wear masks when they are at the practice.

We can partner with any specialist that is in your insurance network. If you have existing relationships with specialists, great! Feel free to keep them. If not, we can recommend one.

Hello Yolanda, We welcome Medicaid patients who are also on a Medicare Advantage plan we accept. Unfortunately, we do not accept Medicaid with traditional Medicare. We also do not accept Medicaid by itself. To learn more about the specifics, give us a call. Our team would be happy to help.

Yes, We accept Tricare patients when their Tricare is secondary to Medicare or a Medicare Advantage plan that we accept. For instance, we can work with Tricare for Life.

We believe Health Coaches play a vital role in someone's care. Our Health Coaches are trained to listen and help patients navigate the health care system. Our Health Coaches work with our patients to get to know our patients' health goals, so each patient can get the most of their care with us inside and outside of the practice.
