I as always have had EXCELLENT HELP and CARE from MY PHYSICIAN Dr. Alfonso Tan AND his PA Mary Johnson. I do want to add that the FRONT OFFICE staff @ the Arbor location have always treated me with the dignity and respect we all expect and deserve. To CONTACT my Dr. or his PA however has been HORRID!!! I feel it is absolutely ridiculous for ANY group of Dr,s to have a "call center" OOPS I mean 3 different "centers" that when you attempt to contact VILLAGE MEDICAL ARBOR LOCATION, your call is received by 1of3call "centers".Either Houston,Texas, Phoenix,Arizona, OR, THE PHILIPPINES!!!! The actual "front office" @ least @ Arbor Location, DOESN'T even HAVE ANY TELEPHONES!!!! I have even been told by Dr,s @ this location that THE DRS. CAN'T EVEN GET CONNECTED TO THE OFFICE. If this group would FIX this issue, I don't think there would be any serious issues on a continuous basis. I have TOTAL faith/belief in my Dr."s knowledge and treatment for my MANY MEDICAL issues.
