I've been on hold for an hour and a half now just to get through to some representative who said he needs to transfer me and now I've been on hold for a half hour with no end in sight
I had the same experience today. Repeatedly pressing "2" to wait for a representative. At just a little past an hour, I elected to receive a return call @ 2pm (3 hours later). At 6pm, still no return call. Never using these guys again! Have had similar issues in the past year. Very unhappy.

This is what healthcare has been turned into thanks to Obama and the insurance companies. Same deal with United Healthcare, 6 - 8 months of the year you cannot get an English-speaking rep. on the phone. I have nothing against Fillipinos but many have strong accents and they receive no training. During open enrollment I press the button to say I am looking for a new plan to enroll in, and a lot of the sales reps. know more than the foreign customer service reps. or they will transfer you to a dept. in the US -- but I'm not promising that! Sometimes it helps to give your doctor's office the phone number on the card and they can call for you. These are the only means I've found so far.
