I've been on hold for an hour and a half now just to get through to some representative who said he needs to transfer me and now I've been on hold for a half hour with no end in sight
When i enrolled in January I had been separated for two years and although my wife at the time was the major earner I was denied a subsidy. I am legally divorced now and can't afford my premium. How do I apply for a subsidy?
