Ordered some aftermarket intakes from them. They kept telling me they were on backorder. This went on for about 6 mos. I was definitely worried I might not get a refund, but they did make a full refund. Still was very frustrating.

First of all I have done thousands $ of business with Carid. Called them before ordering Lumen black halo headlight fixtures and ask if black would reflect same light as silver and was told not a prblem. Installed with brightest bulb made. Couldn't see well enough to get out of driveway. Looked at product reviews and half said the same. Carid refused return. Said it was a warranty problem. AD SAYS 1 YR WARRANTY. MANUFACTURER SAYS ONLY IF PURCHASED DIRECTLY FROM THEM. 2 LIES, IM OUT $100 AND STILL HAVE TO PURCHASE ANOTHER UNIT SOMEWHERE ELSE. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Exactly I ordered a gift for Christmas appears to be not right size I loose 150 shipping to exchange it which is more then item itself then have to pay all new shipping and price of new item so...I pay for both a thing I return and purchase?! Who has heard of such nonsense?!?
It depends on what you ordered. I am having a super difficult time getting them to confirm shipping on my wheels. Ordered 9 calendar days ago and can't get shipping info. Talked to three different people (2 supervisors), each told me it would be shipping the next or the day I spoke with them. Lo and behold, I'm still sitting here with NO info. I'LL HAVE TO CALL AGAIN TOMORROW AND SIT ON HOLD FOR 30 MINUTES+. Worst experience ever.

Unfortunately a LOT of places dont take returns on electrical items. Especially if it has been opend or installed. Try getting ahold of the manufacturer of the taillight and see what they.

And I can only tell you that in my experience and ordered over $5,000 worth of parts in the last 3 months I ordered the wrong Grill for my truck they took it back shipping free sent me the right one and have not had any problems with anyting all ordered seat covers for my truck I ordered the wrong description bucket seats instead of regular seats they took them back and handmade pacifically for my truck the correct ones and reship them can't get any better than that my friend
