Why does it take so long to get questions answered? Why can't you ever get anyone on the phone? How do you get in contact with the owner?

It depends on what you ordered. I am having a super difficult time getting them to confirm shipping on my wheels. Ordered 9 calendar days ago and can't get shipping info. Talked to three different people (2 supervisors), each told me it would be shipping the next or the day I spoke with them. Lo and behold, I'm still sitting here with NO info. I'LL HAVE TO CALL AGAIN TOMORROW AND SIT ON HOLD FOR 30 MINUTES+. Worst experience ever.

I called and got through pretty fast and the service is top notch
