The family I know of is kind of sneaky about it. I believe the kids are kept inside after school until night time so not many people see them . I believe a grandmother in the community watches them while the mothers are at work. They’re seldom in the line of sight on weekends when more people are out and about. I have reported the issue to Steve, and he’s taken a full week to get back to me, but has finally said that he will investigate the matter. I’ll update this thread with the outcome, because the same rules should apply to all.
