I am in the process of dealing with this company. I ordered a part that was damaged when I received it so I did not accept the delivery AS INSTRUCTED BY A CARID REPRESENTATIVE SHOULD THERE BE A PROBLEM WITH MY ITEM. I am in contact with someone from the company and it's unclear what exactly they are trying to say but it's clear they don't want to issue me a full refund.

Ordered wheels and tires that their “specialist” informed me the order, now no rim or tire shop will mount my wheels because they say the load index is incorrect; also I need a 9 inch wheel and they recommend the 8.5…they will not take the wheels back even though they claim to have “easy returns” and a “fitment guarantee”

Please file a lawsuit on them. I had order wheels and rims on feb 16 2021. And it’s now March 23rd and I haven’t received no email at all about a shipping number. When u call they take about 30mins to pick up the phone and when they do pick up they tell me the same thing they told me two weeks ago. “ we been trying to get in contact with the manufacturer but they haven’t gotten back to us, give us 24-72 hours for the update”. It’s been 2 weeks since they been saying that. I am fed up with this place !!

I have the same issue. I ordered something based off of vehicle information and they sent me the wrong thing, And the correct item was half the cost and they refuse to refund me the difference. I am a 100% disabled veteran and do not deserve to be treated like this. Everyone I called is in, ding ding ding you got it, India.

I made a order. The Customer service guy was going to see me the wrong part until I corrected him. When the order was finished. I ask him what email did he have in the system he gave it to me. I told him it was wrong .I lied to me and said he changed it . But he really didn't. I BE CANCELING THIS ORDER . I DONT DO BUSINESS WITH LIARS. I have to miss a funeral because of their salesman's lies. Before placing my order, I called on 9/20 to make sure they had a set of tires in stock and to inquire when I should expect receipt of the tires. I explained my situation to the salesman and he assured me I would receive the tires on 9/26, which is cutting close to my trip. Based on the salesman's promise, I placed the order (9/26). The same day I received and email stating my order had been shipped. However, today, 9/24, I discovered that my order hasn't yet shipped, and I won't be receiving my tires in time to attend the funeral. Because CARID has the money I budgeted for tires, I now can't purchase tires elsewhere. Even if CARID refunds my money immediately, it won't appear back on my card in time for the funeral. So, based on CARID's outright lies, and my trusting those lies, I have to miss a funeral and forever live with that guilt and sadness. And, yes, first thing Monday morning I will be suing CARID for common law fraudulent inducement, statutory deceptive trade practices, mental anguish, treble damages, punitive damages, exemplary damages and any and all other remedies available at law and in equity. I've already begun writing the petitions, and my process server is ready to serve them as soon as they're filed with the court.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! Their parts are sold at a very good price and that's great, but the problem is if anything should go wrong you are not going to get your money back. I am out $200.00 because of these guys.
