Great people,appliances but,over priced

went in for a washer and dryer...was told the Electrolux was the best option...yes they look nice but it's an all day affair to dry clothes..In 60+ years of doing my own laundry, this dryer is by far the worst piece of garbage I ever owned. takes double the time and keeps adding minutes to timer...never gets hot...really bad advice as what to buy...and it wasnt cheap either.

I don't recommend using H&H. We bought an entire set of kitchen appliances and paid for them June 2021. My wine refrigerator didn't work when it was installed and it took them three weeks to get a repair person here. As of May 6, 2022, still don't have the dishwasher. We were told in March we were #2 on the list. Then told a shipment was coming this week on May 4. When we called about it they said "Nope" not here and you are #10 on the list. Not sure how we fell 8 places from 3 months ago. Asked for a loaner and was told No because then we'd have to do that for everybody and that would cost hundreds of thousands of dollars. Before purchasing anything, make sure it is in stock.
