For piercing....do they use real gold or sliver? I can't wear fake jewelry. I know it sounds crazy but I get a rash and swelling if its fake?

Usually silver is not a metal people can use in piercings as it contains degrees of nickel. We use implant grade titanium or solid 14k gold
