great shop, super good vibes. i lost jewelry from old piercing at my wedding & called to see if they had time to fit me in for a replacement the next morning which they did very graciously. such a nice crew across the board & pat is absolutely stellar and so fun to talk about his work with. id absolutely go back to pat for future piercings

Got a tattoo from Jeff B. and he definitely knows what he's doing. Professional, patient, wants to make sure you get exactly what you want. (We went back and forth about some design issues and he worked with me to find solutions). I can't stop looking at the tattoo. Freakin' love it! Their shop is very clean, they took COVID-19 measures seriously, and I did not feel uneasy at all. I'll definitely be back to get more from him in the future! Definitely give them a try (best experience I've had with a tattoo yet!) 2022 edit: Still happy with tattoo, but went yesterday to get a piercing and again, a great experience. I can’t recommend this place enough. Great staff. Disappointed to see some of the misgendering comments that others dealt with regarding the guest piercer, but it sounds like the owner is rectifying the issue. I will say that I felt very comfortable with Pat the piercer and his assistant. And Pat said it best in that you do your best work when you can be you. (Mentioned when I shared that I had removed my eyebrow piercing I had 20 years ago when starting my professional career and decided I was at a point where I was not going to care what others thought, so I got it redone).

Good job piercing my lobes by a guest artist, healed well, but what was the point of writing my pronouns on the intake form if I was just going to be misgendered right off the bat? I wasn’t going to say anything, but it’s still rubbing me the wrong way. Please make sure your artists are reading those forms. Getting misgendered the whole appointment from what’s meant to be a “no-judgement atmosphere” made for a bad experience when the one I had prior (small tattoo, quick and also healed well) had been very comfortable. Disappointed by this, please make efforts to do better!

Everytime I entered I was greeted by friendly faces and a great atmosphere. Got a tattoo done over 3 sessions by Sam! Each time she was kind and accommodating of my schedule. She did her best to make sure I was comfortable throughout each session and provided an excellent experience! I am extremely happy with my piece and hope to be back soon!
