Today I had the pleasure of meeting Ian, Ali and Esteban at AT&T store in Tustin location. From the moment I set foot in the store Ali greeted us with a smile and proceeded to provide the best customer service experience I have ever had. I have experienced a wide range of individual service. Ali, Ian and Esteban are so focused, professional, knowledgeable, courteous, patient and an amazing personality. Purchasing a new phone usually causes me anxiety and confusion but they have turned it into the best customer service experience I have ever had. Great job to all involved and I appreciate the very fast response as I am now back to enjoying my phone.

Joseluis Flores is the best! He is so calm and relaxing and then explains options for you to resolve the issue. He spent time with me and didn't rush me and went above and beyond with his customer service. He opened the door for me when I came in and left, and went over options to make my bill cheaper even. I had to call to open a claim for my phone with Asurion and he stayed and helped walk me through the process. I will be coming to him directly for any of my phone/AT&T needs.

Went to store to correct an issue. Another AT&T store gave me a new number and did not move my existing number on my new AT&T account. I spoke with manager Kyle and representative Lucas they assisted me promptly with moving my number into my phone. Thank you! Outstanding service!

Michael was incredibly helpful and informative with my iPhone upgrade/trade in. He was able to help come up with an upgrade plan to unlimited data for our entire family while keeping the costs pretty much the same so I could take advantage of the trade in promotion. He was also very patient with the data transfer, set up, and in answering any questions we had on the device and billing. Probably one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve ever had at an AT&T store!
