Terrible place. When I walked in and checked in, no one was there. After waiting for 45 mins, they told me that lab test is not guaranteed without an appointment. They should have mentioned it when I checked in. So customers don't waste valuable time for no reason. They had no effort/intention to take care of walk- in patients.

If you make an appointment, very quick to complete test. But for walk in, almost impossible to get it

I stop by this morning and arrived at 7:56am without an appointment because the app said that there was no wait time to come in. I get there and Jessica tells me that there will be wait so I waited at the lobby for 30 mins. While I am waiting a gentleman comes in and tells him that since 7am they hadn’t called anyone who didn’t have an appointment and that the wait can be hours. I overheard this and I stood up and questioned her why she hadn’t tell me this information when I first arrived. I explained that the app tells us that there is no wait time and even showed her the app wait time which was one minute. She said that the app is wrong and that I should just come back and make an appointment another day because there is no guarantee to be seen. She also said that she tells clients that she will give them a call if a spot opens up which she never shared with me when I first signed in. She initially told me “There is a wait.” To whoever Manages this lab. Please train Jessica to be more specific so that we have a choice to wait or not specially if the wait time is more than 1.5 hour!!!! Also, fix your app, it is misleading people showing that there is no wait and here and I am wasting time from work and wasting my gas because your app said that the wait time is 1 minute but this girl Jessica is saying that since 7am they hadn’t called anyone who did not had an appointment. It is 8:30am right now. What a waste of time!!!!!!!!

My mother has very difficulty finding veins from her chemotherapy treatment in the past. Most other testing centers would poke her multiple times to find an active Vein. We have been going to this Quest location for the past three lab works, and every time, the tech finds her vein on the first try. We are grateful for the extra effort they make to locate the active vein. (side note, my mother, visited the ER two weeks ago, the ER nurse used an ultrasound to find her vein.)

I was pleased with the service I received at Quest. What you really need to know is how the doctors feel. Goodbye

You can go as a walk in but it's faster if you make an appointment ahead of time. My father has routine monthly labs (standing order) so I make his appointments a month at a time ahead.
