Fun to visit and smell all the holiday stuff but I didn't care for the borderline aggressive approach from the staff. Could be just me, but I prefer to browse without being repeatedly asked what I'm looking for or having the same conversation over and over. We couldn't even get three steps into the door before an employee blocked our path and insisted that we tell her what we're looking for and even when we said we just wanted to look around, it took more than it should have to get her to just leave us alone. I'm sure it's not their fault or a result of some corporate push, but I'd enjoy the store more if I didn't have to fight for personal space.

The employees at this store are absolutely amazing! Every time I come I have never had a bad experience. COVID precautions are great between hand sanitizing and limiting customers. I always feel at home coming here everyone is so helpful and kind and they always go out of their way to help you. So thankful to have a store with such sweet people!
