Nothing Bundt Cakes

Surprised stop to this location. I walked in and the cold display was covered. I think they have limited quantities of items so not to overcompensate on what they can offer. But they have several of their standard flavors still available. Nothing more great than a Nothing bundt cake. Always good. I always try to stop in when I'm in the area. Lucky me today!

I had a bad experience at this location. I called in to do a walk in for a 10 inch lemon cake (no decorations) and they told me it’s going to be ready in 15 mins. I drove to the location and went in to pick up the cake. The lady told me the cake is not ready and told me to wait another 15-20 minutes. No apologies, nothing. If you can’t do a walk in pick up (and I even called) than close the store. It’s really inconvenience to a customer when they have been waiting for their order. Honestly, when customers follow the rules the businesses should do the same as well. We are the once spending our money, without us there is no way your business will work.

We were heading to Newport Beach but the location in Newport closes early so we couldn’t book an on line pick up same day so this location was the next closest to our destination and it opened late. Every location has been the same to me from what it offers and their customer service. Except for their size and hours. Due to COVID, only two allowed at a time inside. If you’re ordering a dozen and customizing your order, I can’t stress enough about how easy it is to order on line. It’s fast, reliable, and convenient. Our order was ready at the front counter and we already paid in advanced. I also discovered that they offer a punch card!!! A stamp for every dozen ordered. Not sure if every location offers that because this card only lists three locations on the card. Regardless, i was ecstatic when I left. The seasonal flavor this month is pumpkin spice! Yum!

1st time shopping experience was excellent! This location is out of my area but is the only one closes on fri-sat @ 8pm. There were two young ladies who helped me and my friend - very knowledgeable and helpful. I bought an 8 inch cake, and 3 individual cakes. The cake I wanted they didn't have but I settled for another. Mostly all flavors are delish! I would definitely go back.
