We took in one of our cats a few weeks ago and the entire staff was exceptionally friendly. Dr Laura was very thorough, patient and gave us very simple straightforward advice. We didnt have to wait long at all and fortunately there was nothing seriously wrong with the cat. Unfortunately we took our second cat in today and the news wasnt so good. The problem is much more serious. Dr Laura again was great. After a thorough examination she presented all of the options without any pressure. She spent plenty of time explaining all of the details and did not rush us at all. In fact when I checked out and paid for the visit I almost felt guilty because her prices were so reasonable. She, and her entire staff, clearly do their job because they love animals and want to help people. I would HIGHLY recommend going to Tustin Santa Ana Vet Hospital!

Our dog is a rescue and she doesn't like strangers, but the staff at this vet have always been kind and patient with her. We started bringing our dog here after covid happened, so we've never been able to go in with her to help keep her calm, and every one here has seemed very understanding of the fact that sometimes dogs are scared of new people. Today the vet came out to talk to us and said she was good today and got a gold star, and when they brought her out she had an actual gold star on her! 10/10 would recommend this vet!!!

I have been coming to Tustin Santa Ana Vet Hosp with rescue dogs, even before I had my own. Dr Laura has always treated my saint bernards with TLC, and I know that they are in the best hands getting the best care. When my Humphrey was diagnosed with osteosarcoma, Dr Laura and her staff treated him with dignity, and let me make the decision when Humphrey was tired and wanted to snore his way to the bridge. The next year, my Willow, who had renal failure, became so sick, Dr Laura was there for me to hold her as she peacefully joined Humphrey. I have recommended Dr Laura and her staff to many people, and we all feel the same.

We have been going to Dr. Laura for several years with our variety of cats (we currently have five). She has always been caring, capable, and compassionate in her treatment of them and always, always more than fair in her fees. Her staff is great!! After years of unpleasant vet experiences, it is such a pleasure to fine a gem like Dr. Laura.
