Pay monthly for a service that you can never use due to calls outs and bad scheduling. I have given this location so many opportunities to not cancel and it just keeps happening. The day before I can count on getting a call that they made a mistake or the employee wont make it in. Done! Time to find a professional company to spend my money on. Nothing about this experience is relaxing.

This place comes up under BLACK OWNED BEAUTY SUPPLY and it is the typical Asian owned store that is highly disrespectful and wants you to hurry and buy or get out. Be careful they are throwing federal charges on Black women these days with that new law passed.

Very unprofessional was on a month to month and would not let me cancel. Jessica the manager at the Tustin location called me and threatened me to send me to collections after I told them I wanted to cancel 6 months ago. I was on a month-to-month agreement and called into cancel due to the covid spike in the area. The person in the front desk told me that it was fine. 6 months down the road I get a call from collection saying I had to pay the 6 months I didn't pay or have service. This company has been sued before for the past in 2019 Baerbel McKinney Drobnivs Massage Envy Franching LLC, Case no. 3:16-cv-06450-MMC the lawsuit includes them increase their monthly subscription. Horrible experience with billing. Also, you will not get a full 60-minute massage here. The therapist comes into the room 10 mins late and ends 10 minutes early, would happen every time that is another reason, I canceled my membership.
