Great for a quick trim, clean up my undercut, and get shampooed and styled. Stylists have been terrific. Wouldn't mind if front desk folks were a little more friendly, a little more on the ball.

First of all, I've been here before and had a haircut from AnnJulie and she is AMAZING. Best haircut. This last experience was absolutely terrible. I saw Viri and she cut my hair about 4 INCHES SHORTER than what I asked for. It was so awful. My hair was shoulder length and now it hits at about my mouth. I was devastated and told her not to do the other side but she still took some off that side anyway. I don't want to make this review too long but there were multiple small instances where I clarified what I wanted and she just kept going. I'm just going to have to comb it over for the next 6months. I'm so lucky I have thick hair to do that.
