I have had the same problem. My mail hasn't been delivered since Saturday. There isn't that much snow in front of the mailbox but guess I'll have to go out today and shovel what is there to see if that helps. And of course stamps are increasing to 50 cents next week. Go figure!
I asked them the same question when I went in there. She said they only answer the phones at like 5am to see if it is an employee calling in sick. This post office is such a mess and they are completely rude. There was an issue with my package about 2 weeks ago and I requested to speak with the manager and he refused to to talk to me
