A valid ID of course. I'm not sure if a bonus card is required but their free, so not that big of a obstacle. But ID is a definite and I believe there is a $1-3 fee.
I believe you have to have a Tops Bonus Card Member (your own personal one) in order to cash checks, and you must have 2 forms of I.D. and the fee is $1.00. But I would call your local tops and and woth someone in customer service to confirm this.
