They really changed this place. Before it was just Coach, Greyhound and Trailway buses and no city metro buses. Now certain city metro buses pull right in to their own spots where the Trailways and Grayhound used to be so you can stay warm inside while waiting. Great idea! There are still metro buses that are in the loop across the street in the front. They've been there since my childhood years. The Coach bus is fantastic! Ken, the driver there majority of the time when I take it, is really nice. It's the same price as the metro and takes you to E Aurora, Holland, Olean and you can Flag Stop anywhere on it's route! It's stationed in Olean but it goes to Downtown Buffalo and you catch it right on the side of Niagara Frontier Transportation. They've also got one that goes to Jamestown and stops at many different places along the route. They've got a very nice shop run by a really awesome and funny guy. Everyone who works there is nice. They do have some organic beverages and for a tiny store has a lot of different things to eat. My only bone to pick is there are people that have mental issues that are in need of quality professional care that obviously aren't getting it "hanging out" there. I wouldn't want to take young children there to wait for long periods of time, that's for sure. Or at least go to another part if you're feeling uncomfortable or wait outside. They really did clean it up though, compared to my memories there in my youth, hence the fourth star. The bathrooms are average but plenty of stalls. No bathrooms at a place like that are going to be perfect unless they hire a bathroom monitor, unlike a cleaner, they're always cleaning it throughout the day.

On New Year's Day they will run on a Sunday Schedule. It's a holiday schedule. The rest of the week is a regular schedule. If you take a"school tripper" (busses that run during school open&close times) they aren't running until schools open.

Take the number six or the number 4 bus from downtown on Ellicott Street at the Metro Transportation Center to the Thruway Mall. Transfer to the number 46 bus with your take you to the Galleria Mall has the Amtrak station in Depew.
