I've shopped here in a pinch when items at other stores were out of stock. I gave it 3 stars mainly because that are somehow nice enough to have a bathroom that services their next door neighbors. Namely, PetSmart - although I don't really know if it's an official agreement - that's where PetSmart sends it's customers. My daughter says it's because people earning minimum wage don't want to clean bathrooms. I guess Tops employees are either getting paid more than minimum wage; don't know their resources are being used for other plaza businesses; or this isn't true what my daughter said.

There is a Valu Home Center down the street at Elmwood and Hertel also.
If you mean Beta fish as in the colorful pet fish then no it does not.
They close at 8 and I was there at 7.o.o and I was told western union was closed.I really don't care for Tops in Elmwood Plaza.There racist.
