Why do they ask you to hold and never pick the phone back up? I was on hold for 36 minutes ten people could have placed orders in that amount of time and I still didn't get my order taken a waste of mine and their time very inconvenient and unprofess

I dont know what Rebeccaqueen78 Fleming is talking about and frankly thats their personal business. As for the restaurant, it is always packed. They are severely under-staffed. All the waiters are doing multiple things contently. The waiters are poorly trained and lack good customer service. However the food was really good which would explain why its so packed and why the waiter, aside from their poor customer service were too busy to answer the phone.

They need a bigger restaurant and more staff. The phone is constantly ringing and you have to wait for a table or cram into a space at the bar.

I personally know a couple waitresses... They are straight foul and Rude. And i know one is on heroin. She's done it with my ex husband.... So...
