The location was easily accessable from the highway with access to and from the restaurant being restricted only by traffic stopping at the intersection about 750ft from the driveway. The street is 4 lane with turn lane. The menu items are limited to the most popular items due to the dual store. The food was served hot but not freshly taken from deep fryer but my visit was not at a meal time during the day, there was no waiting in the drive thru at the time of my visit but I was asked to pull forward and my order was delivered to my vehicle by an employee within about 5 minutes from purchase. The sandwich was messy and napkins were forgotten when the items were bagged. I ordered for 3 people with both menus and everything was bagged in a single bag neatly, figuring out the order was not difficult due to the menu items being different shapes and the side items being all the same sizes. You could however tell that the french fries were prepared with the same oil as other menu items and the fries while seasoned didn't appear to be additionally salted after being fried. I would call the overall quality, speed of service and value typical of most fast food restaurants in the area and very similar to what I would expect to receive. I found them to be overpriced compared to major franchise chains such as McDonald's or Burger King which are not located at the same highway exit, but those chains are at the next exit further north from Needmore Rd. (where Long John's/A&W is) at Benchwood Ave/Miller Lane exit. (McDonald's is on N.Dixie Hywy, Burger King is off Benchwood Ave)

Believe it or not this is the first time I've been at this Long John Silver's location. The food was fantastic. The staff especially the employee at the window was very kind. She was very polite. The only complaint I have is the side order of green beans. They were in a small white styrofoam container which is like two bites. But that still wouldn't stop me from coming back.

I like the food. I don't however like looking at an open time, on the web and it be completely different from what they say. Google says open at 10:30 a.m. and they told me 11:00 a.m and can't change it. Someone needs to change it! So I go back the next day after 11 and get the fish and chicken, which I've been wanting. Well I take back what I said about liking the food, greasy, all breading on the fish, chicken was hard as hell, and for the most part the whole meal was wasted! My cats wouldn't even eat the fish! The hush puppies and fries were fine! Up your game, serve better food, or quit!

We ordered quite a few items off the menu. I was expecting standard fast food but was pleasantly surprised when it was delivered. The macaroni and cheese they offer is very good, the fish was cooked well, and the clams were just right. If you are visiting the area and use a delivery service you will receive a well packaged meal and it will be obvious they take great care to send out a high quality product to you.
