No receipt have called 20 × 2 talk to a manager cannot get ahold of no one my daughter's chicken nuggets were burnt to a crisp my top bun was hard as a brick. Obviously had been sitting all day. It all was disgusting Has anyone ever heard of a kid throwing their frosty away because it was nasty right there should say something. it's July 20th at 7:10 I went through the drive-through everyone was rude there's 1 male at the airway location that is absolutely pleasant everyone else is just rude. They don't give out receipts so that you cannot get your cash back back any even if you do go back eventually they like when, who I don't know because they don't give receipts

If you enjoy listening to the employees cussing, and talking about their personal lives through the drive thru window as you wait, this is the place for you! You have to wait to order at the speaker. Then it’s okay to order. But have to repeat it, because they weren’t actually listening, nor ready to input the order. And then you have to correct it, because again, wasn’t listening the first time and NOW we’re inputting the order. Was still wrong combo size and had onions all over my kids burger. Like cmon. Depending what you get, you’re spending $25 for a family’s dinner. Disappointing when you can’t even get minor things right

Idk if they're short staffed or what's going on, but my last few visits have been meh. I went through the drive thru and had to wait for a spicy (no biggie). The grill guy damn near threw my bag at me tho, when he brought it out. I was startled and even still said "thank you" for him to give me a "yup" 😳 the way he acted, you would've thought I was just nasty to them but I wasn't. Otherwise, they're okay.
