7/23/2022 at roughly 3:50 a. m. I placed a mobile order on my phone and went to this McDonald's location as it was the closest one open that early/late.. who ever the female shift supervisor was shouldn't even be working as a cashier, less yet be in management. Management requires a level of professionalism and courtesy that this lady didn't know a thing about. When i arrived at the store after placing the order on my app it only offered 2 options drive thru or pick up/eat in at the lobby. I chose pick up in the lobby. After standing at the counter for 5 minutes waiting on my mobile order a short, brunette, female shift supervisor comes up to me and quite rudely tells me the lobby is closed. A: if the lobby is closed get your details together and accurate on your app B: if the lobby is closed... Lock the doors like anyone with a brain would do so you don't offend anyone else with your unprofessional rude behavior.. When i asked for the cup for the beverage that came with my kids happy meal she literally told me to get it myself she wasn't about to waste her time doing her job and handing me the cup. Anyone with this low of standards when it comes to common courtesy should be cleaning toilets somewhere alone without the interaction of other human beings. I'll not return to this McDonald's for a long time if i ever go back in the place... They're very slow at getting your order out and are the least welcoming/friendly staff I've ever encountered in a restaurant.

The food was correct. The service was sub-par at best. They need to clean those windows. See picture

4 stars for the morning team - the second line apparently trips them up, and I’ll watch 2 people get their orders taken before me, but otherwise the experience is fine and I get how it is during the rush. 1 star for whoever is in there at night, if anyone. I have on multiple occasions sat at the drive through in the evening with no response or most recently was told that they couldn’t accept any orders with no explanation. Also they apparently don’t know how inventory works. How the heck do you run out of large cups and Diet Coke? I’d accept pandemic supply chain issues as an excuse if I’d seen that issue anywhere else, and I haven’t. Edit - lowered my praise for the morning team because another review reminded me of some of the stuff you see in the second line.

Sat 5 minutes at the first window and waited for the girl to get off her phone to take the money for the order. Sauce was forgotten, music blaring in the restaurant. Normally, reviews differ in fast food because of different shifts and the younger crowd running the show, but standing there waiting to give money and was rude as well constitutes this restaurant to be deemed awful. The food did seem to be okay however the infamous ice cream machine was down. We were quickly prompted with a "were not doing that today". Overall terrible experience. Maybe try back when employee turn over happens.
