We went to IHOP for the very first time today. Our server took our order. Steak omelet, country fried steak and eggs, 2 teas (half sweet/half unsweetened) and the appetizer sampler with ranch and honey mustard dipping sauces. About 7 minutes later he came back and said they lost our order and said they would give us our drinks for free and a discount. We waited and waited, (neither of us had eaten all day and it was 3 pm) they finally brought our food but no appetizer sampler. My husbands country fried steak was dry and hard to cut with the steak knife. When we checked out... no discount. We had asked for half sweet and half unsweetened tea... got all unsweetened. It'll be a long while before we ever return there.

Pretty bad. Pretty, pretty bad. Probably just don't waste your time at this location. Booths were open when we arrived, yet we had a wait to be seated. Tables were left filthy all around us once we were seated and they remained that way the whole time we were there. Waitress wasn't friendly and walked off before we could ask for anything else we needed. We had to use plastic silverware for some reason. It took way too long to get our drinks after being seated. My wife ordered strawberry banana french toast but once it was served she was told they were out of bananas and she didn't have a choice at that point apparently, even though she only ordered the french toast for the bananas. The bill seemed way too high for what we got, just basic breakfast for 3 people was just over $50. Terrible experience all around. I'd highly recommend going elsewhere.

The coffee was extremely weak, the eggs was over cooked. The waitress was great with fast pleasant service, and she brought me 4 eggs that was cooked over easy. All in all a good place to have a quick breakfast.

Walking in, it is clear that this is a refurbished prior Max and Erma's or Applebee's restaurant, as the interior is decorated with red and wood paneling. There is also an unused bar area. Upon arrival, I gave my name and started waiting in the abandoned bar area. After about 15 minutes of my perceived 30 minute wait, a lady comes out, who was not the hostess and tells us that anybody who has their name on the list needs to wait in the car because they are only allowed to have 6-8 people due to social distancing. I respect the policy, but one, why were people not already told, two, you always have people who ignore it, and three, with no buzzers or numbers they were asking what types of cars people were waiting in as it was cold outside. I did not feel that with parking wrapping around the building this was promising. My husband waited right outside the doors so that when our name was called about another half hour later, we were ready. We sat at the table for another half hour before getting to get our drinks at which time we ordered our meals as well unsure of when the server would return. I had placed my order as simar to the Simple and Fit Breakfast they used to have as possible. With the changes I made, she suggested I order the two egg combo, because it was the same but cheaper. I agreed but I did not remember that being the case. It took another half hour to get the food and it came with hash rows, which I was trying to not get, as they were tempting. Plus, the plain toast I had required was buttered, so really, it was not my desired meal at all. The server was nice and seemed to be doing her best in an understaffed situation. I did not want to make things worse, especially after the lady next to us, which was funny with all the social distancing that they were right beside us with empty tables abound, was abundantly rude to the server. The food was mediocre, not what I expected for an IHOP.

I was told by the manager that they don't have enuf trained workers right now to cover those hours. They'll be phasing extended hours in gradually.
I've been looking for their phone number also and can't find it. I'm about ready to go there and ask for it! Or maybe I'll call 411 information, but cuz it's so new, there may not be a listing for it yet.
Its a train wreck. The hostess has no idea on how to handle seating and choices those who get to b seated and when regardless of the oder you come in .I watched her seat two different people out of turn
There's a coffee bar at the Miller lane location
