Gluten free waffles?! Yes! Perfect spot on Brown Street by UD. The staff was super friendly and helpful and we got our food quick. The burgers are great for anybody looking for something heavier. Will definitely be back soon.

Came in at about 9am. Waited about 30 min for a table and didn't our food until just after 10. They were fairly busy so maybe not a place to go if you are on a time crunch. Food was good, I ordered half of biscuits and gravy and the corned beef and hash. Staff was friendly.

I was super excited to try the Butter Cafe with it's attractive menu options. We were seated immediately but, not offered drinks for approximately 30 min or longer. They were very short staffed so we were understanding. They didn't even bring out silverware until after we asked for it and food was already served. The mean green omelet I had was delicious but the home fries were drenched in salt so much that I could barely eat more than 3 bites. My daughter ordered the jelly filled pancakes, which looked delicious but, she also only ate 3 bites. I thought that was because she wasn't hungry so I took it to go for her to eat later. Turns out she didn't eat them because the underside was completely black! They should have never served this. See pic. Also, I didn't see any prices for the drinks on the menu but $6 for a tiny lemonade is outrageous. I wouldn't have ordered that if I had known it was that much!

We were in Beavercreek earlier and decided to stop for lunch before going home. So grateful to have found The Butter Cafe! We arrived 45 minutes before closing and we expected to be offered takeout only. No ma’am! The staff greeted us warmly, promptly showed us to a table and did not rush our ordering process one bit! My in-laws live nearby and I want to coax them to visit with us the next time we are in the area. Today we enjoyed the black bean burger and the vegan Reuben sandwich. Both with some of the best seasoned potatoes I have ever eaten. This place put us in such a good mood. It set a calm, relaxing tone for the rest of the day. Not pictured here is a slice of the vegan chocolate cake. Yeah… that was gone in seconds! Deliciously moist dark chocolate that did not tease my sugar monster but left me feeling like I just experienced something special. Ten thumbs up!!!
