(From Cleveland) This is usually the only location I go to when in Dayton because of the (below) bad experience with N. Dixie location. NEVER AGAIN!! I ordered a 10pc mixed and biscuits, with (3) 3pc tender meals. The food was horrible and well over priced for it's quality. Everything tasted of old grease, cooked under a broken exhaust, and the biscuits were undercooked. Other items I requested, they were out of - because management didn't order. According to one employee, the manager was not there...??? I should've waited until I got closer to a small town outside of Cleveland. I was so disappointed with this experience, it literally left a bad taste in my mouth towards this food chain, as limited as they are

Purchased a 10 piece, okra, apple pie and 2 peppers. The chicken tasted burnt and okra was half cooked. This was the worst food I've had from Church's.

We we arrived could not enter building, had to use the drive through. While placing the order the lady was clearly talking to someone else while taking the order, she said the f word, was totally shocked. No chicken for us

The 2 cashiers were a example of hot and cold. No name tags so you couldn't leave a specific complaint. The light skinned girl started with saying they were completely out of chicken sandwiches but when I walked in she was confirming a sandwich order after we were already waiting 10 mins for our food. I went in to add sauce to my order because she forgot to ask and she clearly ignored my excuse me several times. She then proceeded to finish putting on her eyelash before going to "bag" orders. The dark skinned cashier was very nice and apologetic for the long wait and for the rude other girl. Driving from Hamilton OH for this kind of customer service is not what we expected. Only thing hot was rage biscuit and the jalapeño bombers. I wish more would open so we don't have to deal with this one.
