Appointment online making is not easy, However Dr. H is good, he cares about his patients. Staff workers are nice. Been going for years.

I called yesterday 03/02/2022 at 4:01pm to make an appointment I wanted to see an ENT and allergist on the same day and the woman helping me make my appointment was apparently frustrated and thought she hung up, or maybe purposely didn't hang up and said out loud "how could you be so annoying". After I told her I heard what she had said she followed with "I'm sorry ma'am". I then asked her her name and she said Khadijah,( if that is her real name),. Why would you take a job at a call center if you're annoyed that patients are calling you take make appointments! Completely out of line and unprofessional. You guys need to play the tape on this call and have her fired immediately.

Not sure about same day appts. I see Dr. Habib. He's great. I've seen him past couple years.
Depends on the time of day. I've been lucky to find a meter on 5th Avenue.
